Sit Back and Relax!

As the mid semester break slowly approaches, it is time to sit back and relax after all the tests you have taken and take some time off before the new term starts. For local students, this is the time where they will be returning to their hometown to visit their loved ones. For the international students this is the best opportunity to explore Malaysia. It is best to first identify the kinds of exploration that you wish to go for before embarking on your journey; you can choose either to satisfy your belly with the array of delicious cuisines or to relax under the tropical sun or you could also go for both depending on the choice of places you visited. Fret not, for every location you wish to explore your senses will be satisfied.

However, before you embark on your journey during this short period of time, there are several things that you need to keep in mind which are mainly concerned on your travel planning. It is best to have a travel itinerary ready If you are planning to travel around Malaysia, especially if you wish to go states that are far away from the campus. Having an itinerary ready will help you to plan your finance, transportation and most importantly your schedule. You can also ask your local friends for suggestions. Once you have your itinerary ready, it is time to hit the road.

There are many ways to explore Malaysia but the easiest way to explore Malaysia is through public transportation. If you are feeling ambitious, you can go up north where the Malaysian-Thailand border is located. You can go by trains, by bus and by rental cars depending on your budget. However, if you are planning to travel to states near to the campus, using the trains and LRT will be a good choice. All in all, the choice of transportation depends on the places and the kinds of activities you wish to do. Let’s not forget about accommodation. Accommodations in Malaysia are affordably priced and quite a good deal can be found when you book online. Therefore, it’s a good idea to scour around the net for the accommodation that is the best value for your money.

Once you’re done with the planning, it is time to sit back and relax. We’ll see you in the new term~. In the meantime, stay safe and have fun.
