The application will be through a meeting of the Student Mobility Committee chaired by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International) to be held at the 3rd * week of each month. Completed documents need to be sent in before or by 15 of each month to enable the application to be brought to the meeting for the month. Submissions sent after the above date will be brought in the next meeting.
Students are recommended to submit applications at least two (2) months prior to undergoing a mobility program.
* The meeting schedule may vary according to current requirements. Students are advised to refer with mobility section.
** Payment rates specified in this schedule may vary according to current and above requirements of the UPM Student Mobility Committee.
