Monday, 18 July 2022 - a meeting was held with UPM long-term associate, Asia Exchange(AE). The meeting was attended by AE Co-Founder Mr Tuomas Kauppinen who is currently based in Hong Kong and actively travelling between partners countries and Finland.

Discussing on next student intake, process, and recent updates; AE is committed to bringing more students from the Europe continent and welcoming them to our green campus. Asia Exchange is UPM's most active partner since 2013 in bringing bright mobility students from Europe. AE consists of a multinational team who are based in Bali, Hong Kong and Finland.

As Universiti Putra Malaysia is one of the leading universities in Malaysia, it is important to create an ideal study environment for international students. The uniqueness of tropical weather and affordable living costs will be more reasons for students to study here.

UPM is honored to be one of the universities under the Asia Exchange (AE) partner for the student exchange program. It is also beneficial for a student from Europe and the United States of America to learn more about Asia through a student exchange program by partnering with Asia Exchange (AE). It is hoped that UPM  can be one of the leading universities where students from Europe and the USA are interested in student mobility.
