Twenty-eight Putra International Centre (PIC) staff led by the Director of Putra International Centre, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zelina Zaiton Ibrahim visited the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) on 7 May 2017. This academic visit had two main objectives. Firstly, to discuss on the management and service quality of Centre for International Affairs and Cooperation (CIAC) in internalization matters and Student’s Helpdesk One Stop-Centre (U-Assist). The second objective was to discuss and benchmark regarding the 5S activities of Institute of Quality Management (IPQ), UUM. It was a fruitful discussion between two sides.
