1. What is ERASMUS+ Program?

ERASMUS+ is a grant under the European Union (EU) programme for education, training, youth and sports. More information on the grant can be found here.

2. Grant Target Candidate:

Teaching Staff from UPM who would like to conduct their Teaching Mobility at the Cukurova University, Turkiye. Faculty members from the following fields will be prioritised for candidature selection. 

1. Chemistry
2. Biology
3. Environmental Sciences
4. Medicine

3. Grant Allocation:

   1. Individual Allowances (per diem amount) for Teaching Staff
   2. Travel Allowances:
      The grant allocated for the travel cost depends on the distance travelled between the home institution and the host institution. The maximum amount and the distance travelled can be found below.

5. Project Duration: 16 – 20 June 2025 / 23 – 27 June 2025 / 21 – 25 July 2025
6. Application Period:

Staff Mobility Application Deadline: 9 June 2025

7. Application Procedure for Staff Mobility:

To begin with the application procedure, interested candidates must be nominated to i-PUTRA through their respective faculty deans. Candidates will be required to furnish the following documents to the faculty dean for internal evaluation before nomination to i-PUTRA can be conducted. 

1. Letter of Motivation 
2. Curriculum Vitae using the Europass Format (https://europass.europa.eu/en)
3. Preliminary work plan which includes the suggested mobility period and the activities planned for the mobility period.

Applicants must send the required documents to global.intl@upm.edu.my for further processing.
