SERDANG, 27 July. Putra International Centre (i-PUTRA) held a 5S benchmark visit at UPM University Counseling Division (BKU). The purpose of the visit was to look at the facilities and concepts of the Therapeutic Room provided by BKU. The visit was attended by five representatives from the International Centre of 5S Committee headed by Mrs. Ida Suhaila Md Tahir.

"It is hoped that with this benchmarking visit, we will be able to learn and improve the services provided to the comfort of our staff and students", Mrs. Ida Suhaila Md Tahir.

The visit took two hours where i-PUTRA's representative was brought to visit the offices and around BKU. In addition, briefing and briefing sessions from the BKU were also provided as well as sharing knowledge sharing sessions for better added purposes.
