On 4th and 5th August, i-Putra gathered to discuss ISO 9001 documentation during the Quality Mangement Workshop. The main objective was to revise the job process clearly and concisely identify the processes, procedures and work instructions. It is a productive workshop in revising our knowledge on our day-to-day process.
Head of Administration Madam Raihan emphasized the importance of this workshop to new staff and other PTJs for their reference. It is also for quality control (QC) for i-PUTRA daily’s process. i-Putra intends to improve the cooperation between UPM and other stakeholder such as Education Malaysia Global Services and Department of Immigration Malaysia. She also mentioned “Your procedures will describe how you operate and control your business and meet the ISO 9001 requirements amid fluctuating conditions such as personnel changes, supplier replacements, updated customer requirements and expectations.
These documentations may not always have the end goal of customer satisfaction as an internal priority but by exposing and documenting specific end-to-end process interaction, a higher order result can be achieved by proper management techniques
Based on the outcome of the workshop, we are now will be having a proper guideline for our process and at the same time we could improve our level of quality in products, processes, and services.
