1. What is ERASMUS+ Program?
ERASMUS+ is grant under the European Union (EU) programme for education, training, youth and sports. More information on the grant can be found here.
2. Grant Target Candidate:
Teaching or Administrative Staff from the Faculty of Educational Studies, UPM from the following fields will be prioritised for the selection of candidature.

4. Suggested Travelling Date:
The teaching/Training mobility must be completed no later than 31 July 2026
Staff Mobility Nomination initiated : 8 April 2024
Staff Mobility Internal Evaluation Period (PTJ): 8 April 2024 - 5 June 2024
Staff Mobility Application Deadline to i-PUTRA : 5 June 2024
Staff Mobility Application Deadline to US: 15 June 2024
The selected staff must remain employed with UPM throughout the mobility period at the University of Seville (US) .
Priority will be given to training staff positions held by professors who actively promote new academic and research projects.
Applicants who have not previously received Erasmus grants will be given priority.
Quality of the programme: teaching and other activities to be implemented during the stay (presentation/ promotion of the home institution, scientific and educational exchange, development of shared projects, etc.)
Added value and expected results of the mobility: strengthening or creation of collaborations.
To begin the application procedure, interested candidates must be nominated to i-PUTRA through their respective faculty deans. Candidates must furnish the following documents to the faculty dean for internal evaluation before nomination to i-PUTRA can be conducted.

Upon the completion of the faculty’s internal review, the shortlisted candidates' documents along with the nomination from the dean need to be made to the Global Engagement Section i-PUTRA through email at global.intl@upm.edu.my for further processing.
Candidates applying for this program will be evaluated by the host university upon submission of their application. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee a scholarship will be granted to the candidates.
