SERDANG, 22 May 2026 – The PUTRA International Centre (i-PUTRA), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully organised the 2025 Outbound Staff Sharing Session on 22 May 2026 at the Morocco Room, i-PUTRA. The programme served as a platform for staff members to share the knowledge, experiences, and insights gained from participating in international staff mobility programmes.

The sharing session featured presentations by i-PUTRA staff who had recently completed mobility programmes in Kazakhstan, China, Indonesia, and Japan. Each presenter highlighted their experiences in engaging with international institutions, exploring best practices in internationalisation, strengthening academic and institutional partnerships, and gaining exposure to diverse working cultures and innovative approaches adopted by higher education institutions abroad.

The programme provided participants with valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss key takeaways, and explore how these international experiences could be adapted to enhance service delivery and operational excellence at i-PUTRA. It also reinforced the importance of continuous learning and encouraged staff to embrace global perspectives in supporting the University's internationalisation agenda.
