16 April 2026, Thursday – i-PUTRA welcomed a delegation from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) for an official visit held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The delegation consisted of representatives from the Visa and Administration Unit of UMPSA, including the Senior Director of the Visa and Administration Unit, Puan Ernie Nurazlin binti Lizam; Assistant Registrar, Encik Muhammad Zufli bin Zuhari; and Administrative Assistants, Puan Ismalina binti Mohd Isah and Cik Tuan Nabilah binti Tuan Azhari.

The primary objective of the visit was to conduct benchmarking on visa and pass management practices at i-PUTRA. The session also provided a platform for knowledge sharing, exchange of experiences, and discussion of best practices between both institutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

During the visit, the UMPSA delegation was given a briefing on workflows, management systems, and procedures related to visa and pass administration practiced at i-PUTRA. This visit is expected to strengthen strategic collaboration and bring mutual benefits to both institutions in the future.
