[OPEN] ERASMUS+ KA171 Outbound Student Mobility to University of Seville, Spain

The Erasmus + programme allows students to carry out a mobility in another institution abroad in order to acquire new skills. The students remain enrolled in their home institution. This mobility is validated and recognised by the home institution as an integral part of the thesis.

7. Eligibility Requirement for Student Mobility
   
   
   1. The student must be enrolled in at least the second year at UPM.
   2. Applicants who have not previously received Erasmus grants will be given priority.
      
      
      
8. Application Procedure for Student Mobility
   
   
   1. To begin the application procedure, interested candidates must be nominated to i-PUTRA through their respective faculty deans. Candidates must furnish the following documents to the faculty dean for internal evaluation before nomination to i-PUTRA can be conducted.
      
      • Learning Agreement (Annex 1)
      • Copy of passport
      • In the case of undergraduate and master's students, if applicable: Certificate of Spanish, corresponding to at least level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or its equivalent. The US will not require specific language accreditation from the candidate, but each partner university must ensure that the candidate has a sufficient level of Spanish for academic success during the mobility.
      • In the case of doctoral students: a brief report (maximum of 4 pages) with a proposed work to be carried out during their stay at the US.
      • additional support for inclusion: an official medical certificate that certifies the recognized degree of disability or the physical, mental, or health problems they suffer from.

   2. Upon the completion of the faculty’s internal review, the shortlisted candidates' documents along with the nomination from the dean need to be made to the Mobility Section i-PUTRA through email at shahana@upm.edu.my for further processing.
