   5.       Period of Mobility (Teaching/Non-teaching)

    Staff mobility can begin anytime after September 2023 and must be completed by July 2025

    

    

   6.       General Eligibility Requirement for staff mobility:

    

   1. Teaching Staff (Staff Mobility for Teaching – STA)
      
      

      Teaching mobilities is an activity that allows teaching staff to teach in a partner HEI abroad. Mobility of teaching staff can occur in any common area of study/academic discipline and should last for a minimum period of five (5) days and involve at least eight (8) hours of teaching.       School of Economics and Management
      School of Engineering
      School of Psychology
      School of Nursing
      Institute of Education
      Institute of Arts and Humanities

       

       

   2. Administrative Staff (Staff Mobility for Training – STT)
      
      
      Staff who are involved with international relations-related matters will be prioritized for the Training Mobility Program. Training mobilities is an activity that supports the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff through training events abroad (excluding conferences) and periods of job shadowing/observation/training at a partner HEI.

    

    

   7.         Application Procedure for Staff Mobility (Teaching/Training):

    

   1. Candidates are required to prepare the following documents:
      1. Passport Details Page
      2. Curriculum Vitae using the Europass Format.
      3. Certificate of English Language Proficiency/ Letter of attestation from PTJ regarding the participant’s English skills.
      4. Letter of Motivation (maximum one page),explaining the reasons for the application, specific competencies, academic interests, professional experience, commitment to return to the country of origin and benefits that the mobility grant will bring to the candidate and its context.
      5. Proof of Employment in UPM.
      6. Preliminary work plan that has been endorsed by the person in charge by the applicant’s PTJ.
