[OPEN] ERASMUS+ KA171 Outbound Staff Mobility to Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Poland

Staff Mobility under ERASMUS+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) at the Academy of Fine Arts in GdaÅ„sk, Poland is now open for application. The information on the program can be found below.

 

1.    What is ERASMUS+ Program?

ERASMUS+ is grant under the European Union (EU) programme for education, training, youth and sports. More information on the grant can be found here

 

2.    Grant Target Candidate:

Teaching or Administrative Staff from the Faculty of Design and Architecture UPM from the following fields will be prioritised for candidature selection.


1. Fashion
2. Interior and Industrial Design
3. Fine Arts
4. Arts and Humanities


(Applicants from the Faculty of Design and Architecture will be prioritised for the nomination for this program)

4.   Suggested Travelling Date:

The teaching/Training mobility must be completed no later than 31 July 2025

 

5.    Application Period:
 

Staff Mobility Nomination initiated : 8 April 2024 

Staff Mobility Internal Evaluation Period (PTJ):  8 April 2024 -  3 May 2024 

Staff Mobility Application Deadline to i-PUTRA : 3 May 2024 

Staff Mobility Application Deadline to Academy of Fine Arts in GdaÅ„sk, Poland: 13 May 2024 

 
 
6.    Selection Criteria:
 
  1. Quality of the programme: teaching and other activities to be implemented during the stay (presentation/ promotion of the home institution, scientific and educational exchange, development of shared projects, etc)

  2. Added value and expected results of mobility: strengthening or creating collaborations

 

7.    Application Procedure for Staff Mobility:
 
  1. To begin the application procedure, interested candidates must be nominated to i-PUTRA through their respective faculty deans. Candidates must furnish the following documents to the faculty dean for internal evaluation before nomination to i-PUTRA can be conducted.

    • Letter of Motivation

    • Curriculum Vitae using the Europass Format

    • Proof of Employment in UPM.

  2. Upon the completion of the faculty’s internal review, the shortlisted candidates' documents along with the nomination from the dean need to be made to the Global Engagement Section i-PUTRA through email at  global.intl@upm.edu.my for further processing.
