Recently, on the 29th of January 2024, a pivotal session with the Director was convened at i-PUTRA. This gathering not only served to acquaint the team with the Director's insights but also provided a platform to disseminate updates regarding the Vice-Chancellor's 100-day Mandate, held on January 24th, 2024.

Among the crucial points outlined in the VC's Mandate were six core pillars indispensable for UPM's equilibrium. These pillars underscored the university's commitment to excellence across various spheres, ranging from service delivery exceeding expectations to fostering industrial empowerment and garnering global acclaim.

Furthermore, the Director also took the opportunity to outline i-PUTRA's focal points for 2024, aligning with the overarching goals set forth by the Vice-Chancellor. These include exceeding service expectations, empowering international activities, leveraging ICT advancements, optimizing human resource utilization, and reinforcing the 'Buddies' system—a holistic approach aimed at fostering inclusivity and support within the i-PUTRA community.

The mandate session concluded on a high note, instilling a renewed sense of purpose and enthusiasm among its team member to advance the university's mission and i-PUTRA's pivotal role in steering Malaysia towards international recognition.
