

SERDANG, 15 June – University Putra Malaysia has officially launched the PUTRA Global Prominence Plan 2026–2035, held from 15 to 16 June 2026 at the Great Hall, University Putra Malaysia (UPM).
The historic event was graced by the Vice-Chancellor of UPM alongside the Director-General of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) YBhg. Datuk Profesor Dr. Azlinda binti Azman, underscoring a shared commitment to solidifying UPM's position as a competitive, world-class institution.
This comprehensive ten-year roadmap will steer UPM’s strategic direction, focusing on strengthening international networks, enhancing global visibility, elevating academic and research excellence, and fostering impactful strategic collaborations for the benefit of society and the nation.
This launch reflects UPM’s resolute commitment to advancing as a "Globally Trusted University", championing excellence, innovation, and sustainability for the global community.
